Directions for Use:

LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES

1.
Lemon Oil Sticker Removal
Ingredients: 5 drops Lemon essential oil, 2 tablespoons baking soda, 1 cup water, Cleansing wipe or towel
​Instructions: Combine everything but the towel in a small bowl. Remove as much of sticker as possible. Apply mixture to sticker remnants and allow to soak for 3-5 minutes. Use damp towel to wipe surface clean.

Lemon Kale Chips
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 drops doTERRA Lemon essential oil, 1 large bunch kale, washed and torn , nto bite-size pieces, Salt & pepper
​Instructions: Preheat oven to 200° F. Wash, rinse, and dry kale leaves. Combine Lemon essential oil and olive oil in mixing bowl. Place kale leaves in bowl and toss in oil. Place kale leaves on baking sheet in a single layer. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake on center rack for 45-60 minutes or until crisp. Serve immediately.

Lemon Poppy Seed Soap
Ingredients: 20 drops Lemon oil, 2 lemons, zested, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds,1 pound melt and pour soap (i.e. goat's milk soap), Rubbing alcohol in spray bottle (optional)
​Instructions: Chop soap base down into smaller squares. Place soap squares in microwave and melt on 30 second intervals. Add lemon zest and poppy seeds to melted soap squares. Add lemon essential oil and mix thoroughly. Pour soap into molds. (Optional) Spray soap with rubbing alcohol. Let soap stand for 2-3 hours. Use when ready.

Lemon Waldorf Salad
Ingredients: 7 drops Lemon oil, 5 apples, medium diced, 5 ounces celery, small diced, 4 ounces walnuts, course chopped, ⅔ cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
​Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
